Delivery

We typically process orders in the sequence they are received.

The processing time depends on the quantity and size of the orders received and usually does not exceed 1-2 business days.

NL POST: Without tracking

  • For orders up to 30 USD
  • Delivery time is 10-45 days WITHOUT tracking and insurance (average 20 days)

  • Shipments are collected by the carrier on Tuesdays and Thursdays

UPS

  • Delivery time is 1-5 days with tracking and insurance
  • Tracking via: ups.com/track
  • Shipments are collected by the carrier every workday

PACKETA

  • Delivery time is 3-10 days with tracking and insurance
  • This method uses a different delivery partner in each destination (e.g. DPD, DHL, Colissimo, Hermes...)
  • Tracking via: tracking.packeta.com
  • Shipments are collected by the carrier every workday
  • The delivery cost depends on the weight of the LEGO ordered, which can be found in the 3rd step of the checkout process
